Chicken Mango Sausage with Carrots, Cabbage & Peas

 

Sautee red onions in coconut oil, add cabbage, carrots & peas.  I add South African Smoked Seasoning (Trader Joe’s) and 1/2 veggie boullion cube to season.  Add a splash of water and cover to steam.  Add the cut up sausage and some cooked rice.  Heat and you are good to go!
