Coconut Whipped Cream

1 can    Thai Kitchen Whole Coconut Milk

1 tsp.    Vanilla

2 tsp.    Vegetable glycerin – Xylitol or Stevia also work.  If you are using an alternative sweetener less is more.

Place everything in a food processor and blend until whipped.


2 tbsp.  chocolate powder


1 tsp. raspberry flavoring

I put a few dollops on my carob avocado pudding or over fresh berries.  Garnish with a few sprinkles of raw cacao powder.

  1. So glad you joined the party! It’s all about pleasure Baby! My favorite variation is to make the chocolate almost too chocolatey (if that’s possible), then make a layer of the vanilla cream (or raspberry cream) and pour a layer over the top! Balanced hedonism!
