1/4 c. raw pecans – soaked and rinsed
1/4 c. raw sunflower seeds – soaked and rinsed
1/2 apple – diced
1/8 tsp cinnamon – ground
1/8 c. golden raisins
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with almond milk and a bit of honey and/or maple syrup.
*Any soaked nuts you have on hand would be good in this.
