Quinoa & Lentils

So simple.  So delicious!

Saute onions in a lot of ghee

add celery

garam masala to taste

add cooked quinoa and lentils

salt to taste

peas for the pretty color

I do realize that there are no measurements in this recipe.  I eyeball what looks good.  If you like a lot of onions put a lot of onions in the dish, etc.
